Description

Students will need to be dropped off and picked up by parents at Camp Saint Croix (Hudson, Wisconsin). Please plan to arrive at the main building of Camp St. Croix (532 County Rd. F, Hudson, WI 54016) by 8:15 AM. Programming will finish up at 2:15 p.m. at which point students can be picked up at the same place as drop off.
Students will need to fill out and send in the Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to attending the trip. If you have any health concerns please let me know that as well. The form can be turned in at Ready-Set-Go conferences or emailed to sireks@stillwaterschools.org.
Parent chaperones must have a valid background check on file. Check the district background check website or contact the SMS office. Submit your contact information and lunch choice here. Pay the $10.00 parent lunch cost on SmartSchoolK12. Look for "SMS GATE 4/5 Camp St. Croix Chaperone Lunch"
Please remember that it is important that the SMS nurse has updated health information on file for students with health conditions. Health Office staff can be reached at (651) 351-6913.
Make sure your children dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes on the day of the trip.
